1. If I have multiple redemption codes for Hertz Plus Hotels, can I apply them to the same reservation?

   Sorry, only one activation code can be activated and redeemed at a time. You must use the full value of a code before activating an additional code on your account.

2. Does my card expire?

   Please refer to your Hertz Plus Hotels, for expiration dates, if applicable.

3. Do I have to stay at least a certain number of nights?

   There is no minimum number of nights required.

4. What hotels are available?

   Hertz Plus Hotels has contracted with major hotel chains worldwide. We offer 1,000,000 properties worldwide to choose from.

5. What if I lose my Hertz Plus Hotels card?

   As long as you have activated your card, contact us through the Contact section of the site and we will be happy to assist you.

6. What if I want to change or cancel my travel plans after redeeming my Hertz Plus Hotels card?

   Cancellation policies will vary depending on destination and hotels.
